This was true with Goodwill earlier in the year, but they are now accepting toys again.

Actually, charity shops stopped selling toys because of the lead regulations that were imposed by the CPSC in February, 2009, not because of toy recalls. However, as I said Dorcas is taking toys again, and according to toot68 Goodwill is too.
