I was back in the new City-Plaza today and caught a glimples of a company called "Snow My Yard" making snow for kids to sled on down by the ice skating rink. From the Winterfest website (Link)

"Sunday, December 20: Sledding Ramps - Snow My Yard will create a winter wonderland with sledding ramps open from 12 noon-5 pm. This activity is FREE for anyone wearing their ice rink admission wristband. For pictures, visit Snow My Yard. For those who do not skate, there is a $2 charge per ride or $6 for unlimited sledding."

All you need is a bunch of ice, a grinder, and a long hose to blow the crushed ice out of!

The Final Product

A couple extra shots of the ice rink
