Yes, definitely call the electric company to ask them about highs/lows for the average size places you are looking at. I asked for one and two bedrooms apartments prices plus information on security deposit requirements.
Security Deposits: They do a credit check, but if you don't want a security/credit check done, then they have an equation to figure out how it would be. Yes, you get the security deposit back at the end of the year. For a one to two bedroom apartment, I am looking at needing $75 for the security deposit. Anyone know about security deposit requirements for cable or cell there? I don't want my credit check, since I could very well end up buying a home within our first year there. Thanks, mshs2 |
