Oh Vicki! I know I can trust your opinion since you give great advice here. Any particular service advisor you stick with at Leith?

I prefer Performance over Leith however if it is a small thing (covered under warranty or a recall item) I would probably go to Leith only because I live closer. If it is something I will have to pay out of pocket for I would go to Shade Tree. Brought our car there a couple months ago for brakes and they were a lot cheaper than Leith and I was very happy with their service :-)

Shade Tree is hands down the best and very reasonable on costs.

My friend at Performance (not a service advisor, he works in the shop) said Patricia Fradenberg is his favorite overall advisor, and for those who may prefer a man (apparently some people care, which I think is silly but that's not up to me) see Maurice Bryant.

I'll get back to you later with a suggestion for a Leith advisor.

Thanks for all the help, I'm going to try Leith BMW first since it's much closer. A good advisor recommendation would be great! Thanks again for everyone's help.

I had Maurice when I took my car there when it was under warranty.

My other friend recommends Charles Akers at Leith.
