I am relocating from NJ to NC.
How does the NJ and NC schools compare? One of my colleageues said that NJ is having better schools when compared to NC schools. When I checked great greatschools.org saw may schools with rating 10.

Any comments?

You can't compare all the schools of one state to all the schools of another. In NJ the quality of the schools is highly dependent on what town you live in. Down here in the Triangle most of the schools are run by county wide systems. Even within a town or county in NJ or NC you will have a range in quality of schools. Just like anywhere else, it depends on exactly where you live.

where do you plan on living? It's an easier question then. Or name a few cities even.
