I'm looking to go to a concert at the DPAC. Where would be optimal place to sit to get the closest/best view? Right now I'm seeing tickets available on the main floor in sections 2 and 4. In both of those sections row V is the best available that comes up. So between the left side and the right side, which is better?

I've been to DPAC a few times, and there really aren't any bad seats in the place. I'm really impressed at how well it was planned. The Grand Tier is pretty good, too.

FWIW, I've sat in the 2nd row, in the 6th row, in the 16th row, and in the 20 somethingth row. I've usually sat in the middle, but the sides don't seem bad, though.

Have a great time!

IMO the Grand Tier is probably the best area, its a little more intimate being that its the smallest section. But I'll have to agree with mjb24 that there is no bad seat in the house. For one concert I attended we sat in the balcony and I thought it was going to be bad, but it was still a great show. The sightlines and sound were very good too.
