As visitor there last summer, I must say I found Cary very manicured, clean and polished. It was very appealing for a few days, but then it started to feel a bit too manicured, clean and polished and I was missing quirkiness or the occasional "lived-in" look (and I don't mean trashy/messy - I never miss THAT). So it's up in the air if I could actually live there. We're returning to the area and will continue to look.
