Tell you what, why don't you, as a lawyer, walk us all through what you would do as the OP's lawyer in Wake county, so we'll all have a better understanding.

Come on... he can't do that. If he does, then we will all realize that you don't need a lwayer, and he'll lose business. Lawyer's don't care about you or your situation... they only care about what's in your wallet. If he really wanted to help anyone, he would have given his advice already.

Please refer to post #15 in this thread in which I already did what you said I surely wouldn't do.

Well, he has the chance to actually be informative and contribute to the thread, but isn't choosing to do so.

As an attorney friend of mine once said, "never do two things wrong at the same time, this includes,.... speeding ...., and .... speeding over 15 mph above the speed limit. If ya break two different laws, they are gonna get ya every time.

From the terms of service we all agreed to upon registering.

Quote:
Be civil, no personal attacks, flaming, or insults. We may attack ideas (politely) but we do not attack the speaker of the idea. Be careful with your words, there is a point where being direct crosses a line into blunt, in-your-face hostility. Please, report bad posts
instead of engaging in flame wars on the boards.
Trolling is baiting somebody into an argument. is a personal attack

Flaming is coming back at the bait in a heated manner. is a personal attack

BE CIVIL

remember this from the terms of service

Our opinions on a location or issue are just that, opinions. Highly subjective. Personal preferences. Quirks, even.
Leave wiggle room for dialogue, others may not see things the same as you, or been there as long as you, and
any one of us can be wrong. Pouncing on someone you disagree with runs contrary to
the spirit of this board and its members.
We are here to help each other.

ok i will try again. a good lawyer is essential for repeat offending. that is 50% of the problem fixed. if you show up in court w/o remorse- the judge will know, he is not blind.
