How long is the morning commute from Cary to Durham at around 7:00 AM. Specifically, north Durham... the industry park on Old Oxford Road? Or perhaps Leesville to to Durham (old oxford)?

I would estimate 30 min depending on how close to I-40 part of Cary you are talking about.

I did that commute a couple of years ago opposite direction, Durham to Cary. Without traffic at 7:00 in the morning it was about a 35 minute commute. And if I left 5 min later I hit traffic which was horrible. I would not recommend that commute if you don't have too. I know I hated every bit of that commute and that was without traffic.

I agree. It is not a nice communte. You will be going down Roxboro Rd which isn't that friendly in the morning as well as the road not being the best of paved. Then deal with the 15-501/I-85 traffic and I-147 with everyone going to RTP.

Actually all of this would be in reverse.
