I personally know of two colossal bungles by Kendall Page (one of which nearly torpedoed the sale of our home), and from the sounds of it these problems were not uncommon. You would not know about them until you try to sell your home and find out the title is screwed up.

I second the recommendation of Greg Dewitt.

many years ago, we used the person you mentioned. we arent planning on selling our home anytime soon, but perhaps we need to review our documents. could you point me in the direction i should be looking for errors? thanks.

A recurring problem seems to be improperly cleared titles. We had an additional monster issue which was probably rare. I don't know how you figure this out for yourself, short of having a lawyer do a title search...the problem for us and our friends was this never gets done until a few days before you close on selling your house, at which point it can throw a wrench into the process.
