Still doing research on new subdivisions....has anyone been to the Preserve at Long Branch Farm in Raleigh? It appears to be a new custom home development on Griffice Mill Rd. I can't tell if it is just one street, or a larger subdivision. The floor plans look very unique. Thanks so much.

Absolutely brand new community of approximately 40-42 sites with no recorded sales at this time.
Several, about eight, local builders.
Rural setting with two lane roads that will suffer as SE Raleigh is developed further. About a mile from US 70.

Thanks, Mike. It sounds like the road access could become a problem. Is this a big factor in resale value? With the growth the Triangle, I'm wondering is most outer areas will have the same issues.

Bogie,
I think this is a little higher cost housing than much of the surrounding area, and that may be as large a factor in resale as the roads.
And the Raleigh Waste Water treatment plant less than a mile away may be a factor. I might have to go for a ride and observe the proximity.
