Is there a trailer park right next door to this subdivision?

I drove down Guy Rd yesterday, and it looked like they really cleaned it up right when you turn down Guy rd from hwy 70. On the left hand side, there used to be some abandoned houses and mile high grass. I dont think I saw it.
Of course, after 5 pm I always get stuck behind slow cars on this road..they really need to turn it into four lanes with a turning lane for the gas station at the top.

I will take photos if anyone requests it of this subdivision, just PM me!

Yep. Actually, I was there twice last weekend. We purchased a bedroom set for my son from a very nice family there. Wish I had thought to bring my camera.

The drive to their house was VERY nice with new roads going in, lots of woods (that will probably eventually be homes). It seems like a nice place to live and the family we chatted with absolutsely LOVED it there.

However, we found that the homes were a little too close together for our liking (felt a bit scrunched) and most of the driveways were extremely short with the homes close to the road (we like them back a bit). Its a very hilly area as well (think Cary) and they aren't really grading the lots much. I did LOVE the huge boulders they left on some lawns...my kids would've loved that.

No offense meant to anyone living there and loving it. Just my take on the area.

Lauren

The corner lot with the big boulders in the yard is the house we wanted to buy this time last year. We didn't get the our house here soldin time. Wasn't the house we wanted as much as the lot and boulders.

That's funny...I bought the bedroom set directly across the street from those boulders!

I'm sure an even better house will come along just when you're ready!

Not selling then was the best thing from the buying perspective. We did eventually sell and have purchased a much larger home with mucho more upgrades. Gave us much more time to look and oh well we ended up not downsizing and buying more house then we need but more house that we love.
