Default Pedicures

Where do you get a spa pedicure in Raleigh? About how much does it cost? I'm going to pamper myself this weekend, but wasn't sure if some places are better than others. I'd prefer not go to one that's in a mall. I live downtown, but it doesn't really matter where it's at if it's in Raleigh. Thanks in advance!

Just giving this a bump. I want to know too! The key word is SPA pedicure, with the hot wax and massage.

There's Mitchell's Spa at Triangle Town Center:

The Spa by Mitchell's - Raleigh and Cary North Carolina > Menu of Services

I've never been becasue it's out of my price range (I'm cheap - LOL!), but I've heard good things about it.

$20 spa pedicure. She did a terrific job on my calluses and cuticles and a nice foot massage.

Nina at Cary Nails on SE Maynard Rd.

Usually $25 but they appear to be running a special.

Quiet. Nice massage chair that did neck kneading as well as back.

I've gotten pedicures at several places in Cary and this is the first time I haven't been disappointed.

Lol I barely remember posting this in March of 2010, but I do remember that I never did go get that pedicure! Even $25 isn't bad for a treat every now and again... thanks for the info!

Oh, for fun.

I love a good pedicure.

Last place I tried, the nail techs chattered away, music was blaring, timers were going off... At one point the young man asked me something about wanting calluses removed and I said sure. Turned out that was another five bucks on top of the original twenty-five and the polish chipped off in a week.

I just go to an actual spa, bite the bullet, and pay spa prices.

I go to Lee Spa Nails in Stone Creek Village in Cary. I pay either $30 or $35 depending on how extravagant I'm feeling (but have never gotten the basic one @ $25). The last one I had was really great and worth every penny - especially on a Friday afternoon after a stressful work week. It's my one real indulgence!
