I'm a senior at Meredith College and I'll graduate in December. I need to find a place that does 6 month leasing or month to month leasing. I'm a student so I need something affordable I also have a dog so I need something pet friendly. I would like to find something close to Meredith within my price range. What's available out there for students?
I live in St. Marys and LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE them. (Probably more info than I should share online lol.) They are very old but, in my opinion, very charming. I also considered Glenwood Gardens (great location!) but they were a little more expensive. The same company has The Raleigh Apartments right near Cameron Village as well. Can't say enough good things about the office staff and maintenance.
I also know someone who lives in Trinity Park apts near the RBC Center. Traffic can be bad on event days, but they are the cheapest in the area without being "sketchy". Good luck!
Does anyone know what the income restrictions are with any of these apartment complexes? I ask because once I relocate I will need to rent a studio or one bedroom for $500 or under as I will still be paying the mortgage on my condo until I can sell it.
