How is the housing market doing? Do you see improvement?
We were told by our realtor that this spring was going to be a big boom, due to the tax incentive and all the renters who waited to purchase this spring.

Personnally I don't see a big onset of buyers, seems to be just the opposite...

I am in a business that is very dependent on REALTORS and their business, so from my viewpoint, yes, things are definately picking up....big time. I am a canary in the mine.....

I'm not sure because I'm not a realtor, but one that I know says she's busy showing homes all the time now, and lots of buyers are out there. Mostly first-time buyers. I think people may realize that next year interest rates may start rising.

If I was renting here and knew I was going to stay for at least seven or more years, I would buy now.
