Is RTP an abbreviation for Raleigh? I'm trying to find a nice and safe place to live heading in the direction of Richlands but no more then an hour away driving commute from Whole foods Store in Raleigh.

RTP = Research Triangle Park = North of Raleigh on I-40
I believe there are 2 Whole Foods in Raleigh. Which one are you working?
Richlands to Raleigh is 106 miles. Half way is about Goldsboro NC.

Going to Richlands would take at least an Hour and Thirty Minutes, and that's assuming you won't get stuck in Traffic when you're in Wake County.

The Nearest Whole Foods (which will be in Wilmington) is also over an hour from Richlands.

On I-40, I would say the midpoint lies between Newton-Grove and the exit for Faison.

I'm looking to relocate from New York. My husband is currently working in Whole foods here in Long Island, NY however he is considering putting in a transfer being that we're considering moving to the area. We have family in Richlands so we don't want to go too far from them.

Are you from Long Island? Living in that area would be a huge culture shock.
