Hi all,

I'm searching for a storage unit (40'x10 or 40'x20) for less than $200/month. I currently have my items stored in a facility in Chicago, but would like to move it to storage in N.C. since the climate is milder and that is where I'm going to end up as soon as my house sells.

Does anyone know of a storage facility in the RTP area that is clean, has good customer service, secure lot, first floor/ground level loading and unloading and decent prices? I'm moving a 4 bedroom home.

Thanks in advance!
mj

There are dozens of self-storage facilities in the area. A couple of companies that come to mind are Public Storage and Cardinal Self Storage - each has a few sites in the area. There are many other companies as well.

Default Thanks!

Hi,

Thanks for responding. I should have clarified that I am NOT in North Carolina so I don't know what's there, personally. I am waiting for the house to sell in Chicago, so I don't have the benefit of driving around and seeing what's available out there.

I will check out the suggestions your mentioned.

Thank you!
mj

I second Brassfield. Very clean and friendly staff. I work in RTP, so it was very convenient.

If you are looking for climate-controlled, you might have a difficult time finding the storage space you desire for the price you are hoping for.
