We are very interested in a house on candlewick dr (candlewick subdivision) in wendell. I would love to hear from people who live there, know people who live there or are even just familiar with this subdivision. We love the area, love the older neighborhood with old trees and all that.
The base elementary school for this house is carver elementary school. I would also love to hear from people who are familiar with this school (esp. parents of children who go there). My daughter is 2 years old so we have alittle while until she would attend. I just want to hear people's opinions, thoughts, experiences, etc. Thanks in advance!

We are looking to move to this area come June 1st as well. I will have a 7 year old that will be attending Carver and will be in 2nd grade. I am a little nervous about the move and would love to hear from others as well. Certainly appears to be more house for the money!

Candlewick lake will be back... right now its foreclosure hole, hopefully the association stays strong and prevents sleave balls from thriving... the low prices are appearing for an investor like myself. And without the association who is protecting you when your subdivision turns into a pit?

i have a good friend whose son goes to carver and she subs there as well.

apparently, it used to have a lot of problems, but she is pleased with the turnaround she has seen within the school in the few years they have been there. I dont think ive ever really heard her say anything negative about the school.

Hi there,
closing on our home in Candlewick a week from today. super excited, but no one seems to know about the water supply. Is there a community well? is there a cost for the community well? any info would be appreciated.
