Hi all -- We're planning to relocate to Raleigh in the summer sometime. Where we currently live there's a great kids sport center where they offer taekwondo, gymnastics, dance, cheer, & swimming lessons all under one roof.

Is there anything like this in the Triangle Area? I've been searching Google and only coming up with The Little Gym, which isn't nearly as large.

I figured I'd ask here, since I'm surprised to not be finding anything like what I'm looking for. The Triangle Area is much larger and more populated than where we live now.

I'm not sure really what part of the Triangle you are looking at, but in Wake Forest there's The Factory - they have outdoor fields plus inside they have skating rink, indoor soccer, tae kwon do, gymnastics, ballet, shops, jumpin' beans, and more. Here's the link:

The Factory - Eat, Shop, Play

Triangle SportsPlex - Hillsborough, NC

Quote:
The Triangle SportsPlex is one of North Carolina's largest recreational facilities. With 90,000 square feet of space, the Triangle SportsPlex is one of only two facilities in the United States to offer an ice arena, aquatics center, and a fitness center all under one roof.

The main equivalent of that would be the municipal community centers and almost every town has multiple centers open to residents and non residents. Just google a town name and "parks and recreation" and you can see their programs. Cary is probably the most extensive.

The closest private alternative would be the YMCA, and in the past maybe Impact Athletics but they recently closed, but may reopen. IMO the community centers are just as good and much cheaper.
