BTW here is some good reading about the misting systems:

My good friend owns Rid-a-Pest and has a mosquito service he offers, if you want his contact information let me know. They are based in Wilson, but I am pretty sure they will go as far as you are.

Dont' forget to install a couple of bat houses! One bat can eat up to 600 mosquitoes in an hour and 3,000 in one night!

It can take a couple years for bats to take up residence so you might want to put them up now! Bats are far more beneficial than they are dangerous, they get a bum rap.

brooks2007 has the best advice in my book. I am averse to using these systems as I have researched the pros and cons and the biggest unmentioned con is that mosquitoes actually live above the systems, higher up in trees and the systems are not as effective as you may think. I don't think unless they sprayed beer I would trust the effects of what these chemicals may have on little ones and pets, or other critters.

Do more research on more natural ways to defeat them. It's your money, but not a wise allocation of it JUST IMO. I have a friend who owns such a business and I secretly do not refer people to him because I do not believe in the technology. Sorry, just MHO. Who am I to judge? But Fluffy will thank you.
