HI,
I'm looking at applying at Duke U. IT positions that all seem to be "C" salary ranges. Does anyone know what range that is? I'm assuming that they would hire at the bottom of the scale so if anyone knows what that is that would be very cool.

Not enough info. Are you asking about the University or the Hospital? What is the job title? Is it an exempt or non-exempt position? How many years of experience do you have?

I have 8 years experience. I'm not sure if it is exempt or non-exempt however.

I had heard they have changed the coding of some jobs. The only job that just came up when I did a quick search was in IOT, University, not Med Ctr. This looks like an exempt position. You'll need to call HR for the salary range. I have my thoughts on it but you need to get it from them.
