Hello again!

Tomorrow will be our last day in North Carolina. We are going to check out Hillsborough on our way to Virginia. I heard the Maple View Farm is wonderful!

The problem is that my boyfriend and I have to pick up some gifts for some people back home (think coffee mugs that say North Carolina on them or something) and we can't seem to find any souvenir shops anywhere! Can someone please point us in the right direction? If not in Hillsborough, are there any on our way out?

Thanks in advance! We've really enjoyed our stay

Worst case scenario, probably a visitors center on the state border right off the interstate. They might have some stuff.

That or try stopping at the Orange County Visitors Center in Hillsborugh as they can probably direct you to where you can find something.

I don't know where you're staying but can you stop at A Southern Season in Chapel Hill before you head to Hillsborough? A Southern Season, award-winning source for gourmet gift baskets and fancy foods.

Otherwise, Hillsborough has several quaint shops I'm sure you can find something in either downtown or Daniel Boone Village. Also, since it's a historic town you may find something related to that.

Here's a website I just came across http://shophillsboroughnc.wordpress.com/ If the link is deleted just google "Shop Hillsborough NC"

If you are near a Cracker Barrell, they might have something.
