I'm looking for a contractor to work on my foreclosed home in Angier, and finding that many people won't travel that far south. Does anyone have any experience with anyone in particular?
I'm not looking for a huge, gut the house, renovation. The kitchen needs the floors leveled, and a set of cabinets rearranged. The bathroom needs a new shower/toilet/vanity. A porch roof needs to be repaired, and the roof needs gutters. There are other smaller things as well. A lot of the companies i've already talked to weren't interested in such a small job. I think i'd get better service going with a simple, single contractor, but finding them is the hard part!
