Anyone know how to find out what is going on with the construction/tear down of all the trees on Louisburg (401) north of 540?

Its about time for road widening there. I'm glad we don't live off of 401 anymore. Traffic is just getting more and more congested and 401 is really the only viable option for people who live towards Rolesville and farther north. When we lived there, it was a nightmare getting out of our street at rush hour. Could take 5+ minutes just to turn left.
