Where is disbarred DA Mike Nifong today- Duke LaCross fiasco (Durham: bankruptcy, university)

I don't want to rehash all the theatrics of this horrible scandal in 2007 . I have read everything I googled on Mike NifonG but I can't learn whatever happened to him. I know he declared bankruptcy but is he still in the area and what is he doing? He can reapply for his law license in 2012 but I wonder if he will.

I did not think he went to jail but was heavily in debt from all the civil lawsuits. I feel so sorry for his family but not for him.

If he's not in jail, he should be..... In a cell right next to the woman who FALSELY accused those Duke boys. I can't believe she as never charged with that.

she ended up having a baby not by any of the players and I think she was in the news in the last several months for something illegal. But I'm still wondering what happened to Nifong.

Nothing I could find on Nifong was newer than his Bankruptcy.

it would take pages and volumes to rehash this unfortunate scandal. I just was thinking about Nifong and wondering where he is. The only thing I mentioned was about the accuser POST the scandal. chill out.............
