twisted oaks in garner (Holly Springs, Clayton: homes, neighborhood, schools)

the subdivsion in garner called twisted oak has what appear to be really nice homes with wrap around front porches(atleast the photos from link removed look nice).
But it may be in the middle of no where.There is also one called cleveland oaks that is kind of similar in style.
Anyone have any info on the subdivsion or surrounding location.
I couldnt find it when i went to briefly drive threw garner

Do you know how the schools are? I have been looking in the Holly Springs area but am considering Clayton......I did come across this subdivision it looks really nice......Please tell me anything you have to offer about the neighborhood/area.......Thanks for your time!
