Looking For Rental Apartments, Condos or Homes with Hardwood Floors Throughout (Raleigh: lofts, allergies)

I am looking to rent a place in Cary, Morrisville, Raleigh areas that have hardwood floors throughout the apartment. Can anyone suggest neat, clean, safe places and communities to look at that have properties with hardwood floors? Not even the bedroom and living room should have carpets. I don't mind paying extra as we need a place W/O carpets because of allergies. Lofts will work as well. We are from NYC and used to hardwood floors. Thanks in advance.
