Let me just say this. When my husband and I moved out here 2 years ago with our son, we had never been to NC before. We rented an apt. in Raleigh, moved in and started looking for jobs (luckily he had lined up). We had our mind set on Wake Forest once we started looking at houses, and spent an entire month looking solely in WF. I was not interested in Apex at first but eventually opened my mind to it. So glad I did because we couldn't be happier as Apex is where we decided to settle. Our neighborhood is in an area that gives you that feel that you live sort of in a rural area but with less than a 10 minute drive, I'm in town and it's great! We love Apex. By the way, I looked at a website called "School Digger" which helped us. Good luck with your decision.
I just looked at those Camden Reunion Park apartments and kinda liked them! A 3 bedroom or larger would be ideal, but at the moment, it's just the two of us, so a 2 bedroom would be do-able. Plus, gotta love no deposit! Good luck on your searches too. :-)
