The best potato salad I have had here in the Triangle (other than my mom's and my own) was from Danny's BBQ and Dixie Belle's in Apex. I rarely like potato salad other than my own and I usually pass on it at cookouts and restaurants. The two exceptions are these two places.

Between this and the Nathan's hot dog thread, I am starting to have serious cravings!
