Finger crossed, things are back together. Another Guided Setup run-through got all channels to come in just as the tech arrived. He checked some things over and confirmed that the guide problem was a known issue and TiVo's fault. The automatic questionnaire during guided setup that determines your lineup by asking whether you get channel X and Y is screwed up and feeding people the wrong guide lineups when they answer the questions correctly.
Got back on the horn with TiVo and they told me to access the advanced channel lineup settings and specify Cary Digital Rebuild Extended Cable, and after another hour's wait while my TiVo box did its thing, that seems to have worked...all channels coming in and all guide info showing. Just need to fix up my Season Passes and I should be good to go...although I've said that before.

Weird..my channels are the same as they have been. Maybe Durham hasn't rolled out?

Durham and Chapel Hill switch over on the 16th.
Came home from being out for a few hours to find my tuning adapter on the blink, with my SDV channels gone. Power cycling the tuning adapter fixed it, but this is not encouraging. I'll give it another day or two, and if it keeps happening, TWC will be back here replacing the darn thing.

Making progress- after having done all the things that were discussed here on the foum over the past few days, it looks like Tivo has solved the issue- Redo your channel set-up one more time and it should work. All the channel info is now showing up.
What a pain in the you know what this has been.

i guess the lineup makes more sense (tho i think the random super premium channels should all be together, so i don't keep seeing shows i don't get). i just wish they had done this last year when i moved here, not after i got used to everything...

We have 3 TWC dvrs in the house. We've had no problems with the update. All of our programs are recording w/out us doing anything. My only complaint is that we only have one channel brochure for 5 tvs and when I tried to copy it the blue/red ink doesn't show up.

Time Warner Cable channel listing
Hi All-
TWC recently switched up the channels to make everything easier on us  yea, right. Here is the listing-you are able to print out on 1 page until you figure out where "your" channels are again.
-Enter your zip code
-Select your area from the drop down
-Under the town name in the middle of the screen there's a "click here" for a printable version.

And why, oh why is the NHL Network on a "Games and Sports Tier", but NBA TV and MLB Network is in the Digital Cable package?
