Eyebuy Direct is another web store with great prices.
To use them or Zenni, you need the pupilary distance (PD) which many optometrists don't put on your prescription unless you ask.
Dr. Miller next to Lenscrafters in North Hills is great and fairly priced with a 30% discount for auto club (AAA) members. He was glad to give me the PD number.

I think there may be some kind of law where they do need to give you the pupillary distance -- perhaps it has something to do with having the right to your own medical information. I've never had a problem getting it.
You can also measure it yourself using a ruler from the Internet, but you have to be sure it's printed properly. That worked fine for me, but it is much easier just asking the doctor.
