Hill City house or trailer rental? (real estate, rentals, moving)

Hi,
My daughter and her boyfriend are looking for a place in Hill City- they are a small family, just them and a baby coming in September, no pets. He has a good job in Hill City. Any leads would be appreciated...they would like a place on the edge of town with a yard, but would look at anything reasonable right now.

Best of luck to your family there. I LOVE Hill City! I would move there in less than a second. I can't imagine they will have trouble finding something reasonable there. You could try Central Hills Real Estate. They sometimes list rentals. In fact, I was very close to moving there last year and had corresponded back and forth with a property owner they referred me to. It just didn't work out.
