Anyone have any experience with a "Pre Closing Occupancy Sale". I have a buyer that is interested in doing a transaction this way and has 40% to put down now and will be able to pull funding together in 3-4 month period. I have spoke to a Real Estate Attorney which said it is doable.

What is your opinion on this?
