We have one subdivision in Houston that is utilizing it. It has killed the sales in the neighborhood. Buyers just go to the adjacent other 4 subdivisions and buy there instead. Dumb, dumb, dumb. The only way a seller has to deal with it is lower his price accordingly. It still presents a problem because the buyer knows it will hamper HIS sale later on.
