Someone had asked questions about this before but I would like to know has any realtors started out selling time shares and then went into properties? Or vise versa? The reason I'm asking is because I was against selling time shares because I have been to a couple of those free lunches in the past and they were so pushy. I don't want to be like that and I wouldn't be like that. Do they have quotas to meet? Can you sell time shares and not be that pushy? I've met a few people here in the Myrtle Beach area that sell them for different companies and are doing VERY well. Do you have to cold call? Are the clients brought to you? Thanks.
