Hey Jeff - I really liked the one about printing flyers on the back of old faxes. Hmmm - maybe that's an idea I'll try to cut costs.

Another cost saving idea: When the next issue of Homes & Land comes out, grab as many from the kiosk as possible, and paste your "made by loving hands at home" ad over another agent's. Nobody will ever know the difference.

Here's another sign of "too many listings and not enough buyers."
Agent ends each Listing Presentation with: "Are you really sure you want to sell?"

We actually are starting to do that, aren't we?

They are not desperate. When the cost of a house has gone up 10x, why is their fee still at 6%? I guess we are lucky their percentage didn;t follow the same curve.

You don't know the half of it.. We all get 7%. It is much more fun to not sell at 7% then not sell at 6%.

(Really the average commission goes up in a buyers market)

Another sign of the times:

NAR now has a hotline for Realtors with real estate gambling problems.
"I know I should fold, but I think I'll try to hold out for just one more deal."

Another sign of the times:

Monopoly is adding 4 sale signs to the game, no mention of sold signs!

These are great! Don't feel sorry. This is an awesome market. There has never been a better time to buy real estate. We have investors drooling to buy right now and the seller's time will come around again.
