There are always criminals and crazy people. I don't think you have to be a realtor to meet one like this. This time, the victim is a realtor.

Sad to hear, but it does happen from time to time. There was a story earlier this year about a realtor in MD found dead in the basement of a vacant house he was showing.... He was missing for days before the pieces were put together. The bottom line is that as a realtor you have to be sensible and make sure you avoid putting yourself in situations that could become potentially dangerous.
