When Realtors advertise this are they legit? How is this done? Investors? I want to sell my house quickly but not sure if this is the way to go...I don't have to sell I just want to sell it quickly. Thanks in Advance!

If you want fair market value and aren't under distress to sell, there are no guarantees to sell your house. It is legitimate, however, the realtor will offer to purchase your house for a predetermined price if it does not sell. The predetermined price is a very, very good price... to the realtor. There are several people and investors who are willing and able to move quickly, however, the terms are generally conducive to the buyer as opposed to the seller.

I have seen several websites where you can list with Nice Pics and even list on MLS for additional fees, and some are free, just search around and type in motivated seller or must sell Real Estate, or Pre-Foreclosure to find them. As far as selling your home fast : Exposure,(perhaps correct exposure or targeted ), and price , then Terms, like seller financing all excites buyers . Unclutter,(even get a pair of critical eyes to look at your Home) , and make it look as attractive as possible. You live in a great City , i would think it would be easier than we are selling our place in the sticks ! Best Wishes . ps my Real Estate eperiance goes way back , my Grandparents were in the biz in the 40s. By the way even though your realtor advertises etc. don't let it stop you from listing it on the many free sites on the WEb.Pics are important just arrange it if you can't upload them its EZ.

As you know Charlotte in general is doing very well. But as I always say,
do not deal in generalities. If you are working with an agent, I will not
interfere. Also, go to the NC real estate commision site and read the
brochure on working with real estate agents. It explains who represents
whom. Even if you have dealt with an agent before, I still recommend reading
it.
I am not trying to get your listing (I don't do listings). If you send me a
personal email, I will give you my opinion.
Remember, your home will stand on it's own merits.
