Well, congrats, hope it works out!

Here in NJ we were given a seperate sheet that stated what each types of agent relationship was. IIRC, there was a spot on the contract (or the agent relations sheet) that we had to initial for this.

If the sellers agent brings the buyer, they give the buyer the choice of staying with them or using someone else in the office. Pretty sure we also had that option to say no.

Thanks for the good advice. I have spoken with my realtor about it and feel comfortable with the situation. As to the offer...well, it was a low offer and we countered. I don't know if it will work out or not but at least it was a nibble!
