As I've been thinking about it, how about an ensemble sitcom like Taxi or Barney Miller where the situation is a real estate office with Larry the cable Guy, Voldemort, maybe Attilla the Hun (as the broker), one of the caveman guys, Little Bo Peep, Sigfried and Roy as a realtor team, Marie Antoinette, Tina Turner, and for real comedic effect a toss up between Condoleeza and Hilary.

Who else?

On the other hand there's probably too many reality shows already

Don't forget Jabba the Hut, he'd make for some good negotiating...oh, wait, he doesn't negotiate. He'd just put you in a carbon freeze...
