Wow, what a surprise to wake up to at this time of the year! So many people have such poor perceptions about what we do for a living......if they only knew all of the regulars here are just a handful of folks that have a passion for this industry. With the time the regulars spend here to help complete strangers understand their situation, I think we work very hard to change perceptions about what we do. It's nice for that to be recognized. Thank you Mike Jaquish and thank you City Data!

I couldn't agree more. I'm in this profession because I love to help people. It's always nice to get a thank you note or a gift card from a client or maybe a $500 check from a website but these are not the reasons I'm here.
