This is a given. This and the ones that the realtor finds that she doesn't know about. That's why she lost the house. She emailed a listing to her realtor who never returned her call.

No, what's more likely hard and frustrating is finding an agent that you like and is highly qualified.

Everyone knows that when they're selling, they've got schedule actual interviews with prospective agents, but nobody thinks to do a similar amount of homework to find the right agent to work with when you want to buy.

Thanks, Eric. I think I'm just a sucker for the likable "newbie" agent and after they take me out a time or two, I feel obligated to stick with them.
