haha. Top of search results will not offset an overpriced listing.
When I was a premier agent my listings NEVER showed up at the top of search results even though they were "featured listings." I asked why and was told they had contracts with some brokerage companies that superseded my contract and so they had to put those listings above mine.

the best that I saw was (I think) Trulia advertising they had 16 million buyers and sellers monthly.

In the US, we have about 6 million home sales in a year.
