I particularly love this one when the property has been on the market for months with no price reductions. Obviously, the LA didn't bother to edit the original comments.

There's a banner hanging from a devolpment that basically says if you live here, you'd be home by owner. It's much closer to employment centers and highways than other areas.
"Easy to show!" Except needs 24 hour notice and key must be picked up at the office across the river. Oh yeah, must provide pre-approval before showing.
