How would you motivate old expireds (house, asking price, homeowners, notice)

You know those expireds that tried half a year or 1 year ago, then quit.

What are some of the things you would say to get them to put their house on the market again?

In your area, I would tell them that the market has changed considerably (If it indeed has) and they might be able to get their asking price now (If they could legitimately).

I have tried this myself....I noticed some homeowners really give up if their house doesn't sell the first go around. The best thing to do is get your foot in the door and keep in contact with them. A lead is a lead even if it happen 3 or 4 months down the road.
