Boomtown is great, but who really uses all the bells and whistles? Also, it's the most expensive.

MarketLeader.com is a good one, far less costly than BT.

Do you simply want a way to manage your customers? Or a simple form a customer can input lead info. Or IDX site?

Wanted to bump this thread.

My realtor partners and I are finding Boomtown to simply be too expensive.

Can anyone suggest other CRM programs? We do not need a Lender Interface.

contactually.com is what I use. I wanted a simple program so that I didn't neglect my SoI and this was the best one I found by far.
