I am currently a Realtor for Berkshire Hathaway, have been hearing goodthings about KW, any agents here left Berkshire/Prudential and went to KW? Any feedback?

Why only KW vs BHH? If you are considering a change, I believe now is the time to learn about all the brands, the local independents, and even possibly your own boutique...

That sounds like a lateral move to me. Like tomocox said, look a little further out of your box. There are some very good independent companies out there
