I was going to pile on but I see you already realized you need to change companies. I suggest in no particular order RE/MAX (which isn't always good for new agents), KW, ERA, CB, or C21. Those are the national brands I'm familiar with but some others maybe able to make additional suggestions. I believe Allen Tate or Ebby Holliday are in your state.
A local boutique broker may be your very best "go to broker" but they are hard to find. If you are the typical newbie, you'll need the national brand name to open doors. Most national brands (Berkshire Hathaway Home Services operates many of its offices as "local independent" but indeed are some of the most corporate of offices) have a very comprehensive training manual, now whether they wipe the dust off of it or not is a case by case situation.
I don't recommend RE/MAX (I am a RE/MAX broker-owner) to the typical newbie; however, if you understand business and understand that real estate is a very hard and diligent job, then RE/MAX can be your very best place to start.
The RE/MAX model is more for experienced licensees, monthly desk fee, more advanced training...Some offices may have a trainer. You'd have to check.

What differences are between a RE/MAX model rookie and any other brand rookie? Actually, it is quite simple, RE/MAX agents must understand from the get-go that they are in business for themselves. They are in effect operating their own "lemonade" stand and must make marketing investments. They also run a strong risk of loss or a grand opportunity of reward.
RE/MAX agents are not just REALTORS selling houses on commission. They are self-employed business folks that budget, advertise, display, negotiate, and commiserate. They are as free as the butterflies of the meadows.

I just opened my own RE/MAX office for the same reasons Tom posted. My first 2 agents coming on are experienced agents and my 3rd will be a new agent. I have 3 plans for experienced agents and a 3rd plan catering to new agents where they'll work under an experienced agent that will teach them the business. That's why I say each office is different since there are over 6000 offices and they are independently owned and operated. That's right Tom, I cam over to the "dark" side.

Thanks Tom. My team was ranking in the top 10 in the franchise YTD with my former realogy company so I'm fortunate enough that I'll be easily profitable just off our production. I'm also fortunate because I found a way to incorporate that team philosophy into my office. I've been open for 11 days and I've already had 7 people contact me about possibly joining the office and I haven't even started recruiting yet!
