Dinning room doesn't annoy me because it's close enough.

But I've seen one too many curve appeals lately on the mls. That's like misheard lyrics to a song.

For all intensive[sic] purposes, that survey was surprising. Unless you're catering to high school drop outs, that's a lot of potential clientele lost. I didn't know buyers felt so strongly in matters of real estate.

This home does seem to have curve appeal. Seriously, for a $1.7M listing, you would think the agent would hire a professional photographer.
