To all you agents out there Are buyers still using Zillow to start their searches in your area or is there another source they have turned to?

There are things I really like about Zillow, even knowing how inaccurate it can be. The map feature with recent sales and other 'For Sales' in the area is nice. Being able to see tax and pricing information. It also has FSBO which RE sites don't have.

If I see something of interest, I go to realtor.com or a local real estate website for confirmation that it really is for sale.

We're closing Monday on a house we first saw on Zillow.

March 2015 Visitors
Zillow - 75.4 million unique visitors
Realtor.com - 32.6 million unique visitors

So yeah, buyers are still using zillow....... they are in fact #1.

A lot of the buyers I work with seem to use the Redfin site. I understand in terms of traffic they are the #6 site though.

I prefer Trulia. When I go on Realtor or Zillow they seem to behind on if the home is under contract. Plus I like the crime map.

Yes. Buyers are using Zillow.
Z brings a lot of traffic to legitimate sites.

Is it unreasonable for a seller to want their home listed on Zillow with the above #'s? My realtor insists there is nothing he can do to get my house to show up, It's a MLS feed problem or something.

Well, then he's not being terribly creative. He needs to get acquainted with Postlets, which Zillow bought last year. He enters the listing in Postlets, and it's posted out to Zillow and other websites. Or he could just go to Zillow and input the listing himself, it's not hard.

Heck, YOU could put it in yourself, if you wanted. However, I would think that your agent would be all over getting in, simply for the leads generated.

But no, it's not unreasonable. Zillow is a prime site for real estate hunters. It's pretty basic.
